About Lisa Kennedy

Life does not always follow a straight or predictable path. At different points, many people find themselves feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward. Even when they are capable and motivated.

I offer a supportive, non-judgmental space where we work together to better understand what is happening beneath the surface. My approach centers on a collaborative partnership. We explore patterns, identify obstacles, and develop practical strategies that support meaningful and sustainable change.

There is no single definition of happiness or success. Each person’s needs, goals, and experiences are different. I help clients clarify what matters most to them and build a path forward that aligns with who they are and how they function best.

How I Work With Clients

I take a solution-focused approach and use cognitive-behavioral techniques in both coaching and therapy. Our work is collaborative, structured, and practical.

Clients often come to me for support with:

  • ADHD and executive function challenges

  • Parenting support and family dynamics

  • Anxiety and depression

  • Chronic illness

  • Grief and life transitions

I enjoy helping individuals identify their strengths and challenges in executive function and understand how those patterns affect daily life, relationships, school, and work.

If you’ve found your way here, you may already be ready to do the work that meaningful change requires. I believe deeply that self-exploration leads to greater clarity, confidence, and long-term fulfillment.
