Many parents experience a significant transition when children leave home. This group is designed to support women navigating the emotional, relational, and identity shifts that can occur during the empty nesting phase.

The program may include guided discussions, practical tools, and community connection around topics such as identity shifts, purpose, relationships, and emotional adjustment.

The EF Coaching Support Network is designed for executive function coaches who value connection, collaboration, and ongoing professional growth.

This offering will provide a space for coaches to share ideas, discuss challenges, learn from one another, and stay connected to a supportive professional community.

Whether you are new to executive function coaching or have years of experience, the network will offer opportunities for continued learning, professional reflection, and meaningful conversation with others doing this work.

Parent Coaching & Support Group

We are exploring the formation of a coaching and support group for parents and caregivers of children, teens, and college students who experience executive function challenges, including difficulties with organization, time management, planning, task initiation, emotional regulation, and follow-through.

This group will provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space for parents, couples, and caregivers to connect with others facing similar challenges, share experiences, learn practical strategies, and build confidence in supporting their children while also strengthening family relationships.
