Counseling Support - Creating hope and joy in your life, one step at a time

Counseling helps individuals and families navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and self-understanding. Through a safe and confidential therapeutic relationship, clients explore thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and patterns that may be contributing to stress or distress.

I provide counseling for individuals and families in Colorado.

My work often centers on life transitions, including high school to college, college to post-graduate life, and other major life shifts. I also support clients navigating ADHD, neurodiversity, chronic illness, grief, anxiety, and depression.

While coaching often focuses on practical systems and forward movement, counseling provides space to explore experiences more deeply, reflect on emotions, and work through the underlying patterns that shape daily life.

How Counseling Can Help

If you’re facing anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions, grief, or feeling overwhelmed, counseling provides a structured and compassionate space to move forward with intention and confidence.

At its heart, counseling empowers you to better understand yourself, strengthen emotional and executive functioning, and align your choices with your values and goals.

My Approach to Counseling

Counseling is a collaborative process. My role is to help guide you toward your own answers. This work encourages meaningful and lasting change while helping clients gain greater clarity and confidence.

I use a solution-focused approach and integrate cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques within a supportive, client-centered framework. My work is also informed by a family systems perspective, recognizing how relationships, environments, and life experiences shape emotional and behavioral patterns.

Together, we work to:

  • Increase self-awareness

  • Strengthen emotional and executive functioning

  • Build effective coping strategies

  • Support thoughtful decision-making

  • Align actions with personal values and goals

Progress looks different for each person, and our work adapts to your needs and goals.

The center of this work is creating hope and joy in your life and supporting positive forward movement, one step at a time.

Schedule a Consultation

Reaching out can feel like a big first step, and it is okay to start with questions.

If you’re interested in learning more about counseling or would like to connect, I welcome you to schedule a call. An initial consultation helps determine whether counseling feels like the right fit for your needs and goals.
